OCR Image Recognition

OCR image recognition can automatically recognize text content in images. Whether it's a screenshot or an image file, as long as you copy it to the clipboard, DPaste can quickly and accurately extract text information from it. You can paste it as text or search for historical images through text.

Usage

Basic Operations

Paste Image as Plain Text:
  1. Copy an image containing text to the clipboard
  2. Open DPaste clipboard history (⌘ + Shift + V)
  3. Find the image record
  4. Right-click the image, select "Paste as OCR Text", or use the plain text paste shortcut
  5. Text content from the image will be extracted and pasted to the target location
Copy Text from Image:
  1. Find an image containing text in the clipboard history
  2. Right-click the image, select "Copy as OCR Text"
  3. Text content from the image will be copied to the clipboard
  4. Paste anywhere to use

Text Search for Images

Using OCR recognition results, you can search for images using text content:

  1. Use the search function in clipboard history (⌘ + F)
  2. Enter text content contained in the image
  3. The system will automatically match image records containing that text
  4. Quickly locate the desired image content
